QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN INM

INM runs a quality system according to SR ISO 17025. The INM Quality System is structured and works on two levels: general and laboratory. The processes that take place the same in all laboratories are regulated by the INM Quality Manual and 27 general procedures (GP). Specific processes (calibrations) are decided in every laboratory, by specific procedures (SP) and work instructions (WI).

Every laboratory has a quality manual that is supplementing the INM Quality Manual, and describes the specific conditions for each laboratory: locations, personnel structure and accountability, equipment, specific procedures, etc.
